Our paper tulip wraps machine works from a reel, cutting and forming grease-proof, high temperature-resistant wraps.
The equipment is customised to meet your wishes. For example, standard bottom wrap sizes are 50 millimetres in diameter, and electrical installation is typically for 400V. However, both can be changed upon request. Should you wish to make big changes to standard machinery, read more to our customised packaging solutions.
All equipment will be integrated flawlessly with existing machines in your production line.
Our tulip wraps machine includes a stacking system. Upon request, we can add a unit that wraps the stacks to simplify further processing. The piles will be packed in paper, keeping production as environmentally-friendly as possible.
All wraps have a tear strip that gives them their characteristic shape. Depending on the type and condition of the paper, this machine produces up to 100 tulip wraps per minute. Since it is equipped with an interchangeable forming plate, it can quite easily create different products.
