Press speed, dwell time, opening speed, and opening time, stroke length and temperature are independently adjustable. An automatic counting and piling device comes as standard on all machinery. The device will collect the products in piles of pre-set numbers and present them on a roller table for inspection, further processing or packing.

Additionally, we offer a wide variety of cutting and forming tools, each with their own heating and heating control. This unique system enables the use of high temperatures on the cardboard side of the blank, limiting the heat on the coated side of the blank.

The SMP400 paper plate making machine is a single tool press. The blanks from which the products are formed must be pre-cut, and creased if required, on a separate cutting machine.
